It's down to $1.89 here in NJ! Been under $2 for over 3-weeks, supposed to drop even more....I drove coast to coast in 1974 and was paying around $.50 gal and thought that was high!

Has been as high as $1.699 litre

it gets over $5 a gallon out here whenever they come up with some production excuse,,,,,,,then in the 70's, they had an Oil Embargo,,,,,,,,,no gas,,,,,,,,long lines,,,,,,,even/odd days only acording to your license plate,,,,,,,,stations closed at 4 pm,,,,,,,hard to find an open station that had gas,,,,,, I put an extra 10 gallon tank in my van to grab every drop I could,,,,,

I really admire people who do that! You two are kindred spirits, she rescues animals and you rescue vanimals!!!

I went and seen a vanimal today and we worked on his  paneling and wiring,,,,,,,,and he put some non skid on his steps,,,,,,,

Yesterday, me, Scott, Rich, Rebecca and Harry go over to the Vans at the Bay 4 meet,,,,,,,,looks like Rich is going to need a new paint job,,,,,,,and,,,as usual,,,,,he still aint put his dash back in yet,,,,,,

and today I go over and see Russell and his 65,,,,,,,

Annoying the sever is screwed up, but for me as a new kid in town it's nice to see al these old pics here. Looks like you had lots of good times with old scrap

Finally got around to changing the drivers side muffler on my TransVan,,,,,,

,,,and I pack up some tools and go over to see whats the problem on Suzys 64 CorVan,,,,,,
,,,,,,,and after I find it under the front seats,,,,above the front crossmember,,,,it looks like she got A HOLE IN HER GAS TANK,,,,,,it wasnt that funny when I had to remove the shiftshaft that runs right through the frame and tank to get it out for cleaning,,,,,

Sorry I missed you guys at the bay. I was really looking forward to it. My new hei distributor crapped out on the 10th, didnt have time to ship it back and get a new one in time. Its running good now though.

Looks like your getting ready for a road trip. Maybe to the warm Arizona desert in a few weeks? I'm looking forward to tearing up the desert with 110cc of Honda power this time. Hopefully El Nino will allow that.

Rain sure caused a mess back a few years ago at the Swap Meet,,,,,,and you ZONIES,,,,we could haul some parts back to Southern and Central California if you brought them to Quartzsite, Arizona Jan 18-21,,,,,its just idea,,,,,,,
