by So Scott, seems to me, this was the last original 68 GMC Handi-Bus Custom 108 with a roof mounted A/C unit,,,,,,and now I see a retractable sun roof,,,,,the powerglide and rims are gone,,,,,,it sits really low,,,,,What happened?????

Donivan, How dare you post pics of my van without it's make-up on. Roof looks alot better now after alot of primer and block sanding. As far as the roof air.... hard to pur in the greage and I think I picked up 5 MPGs after I took it off. It was great meeting with everyone last Saterday and look forward to more meet ups.

Scotty, Ya I bought the van in National City last year and own a house down in Clairmont so I'm down there alot. Just getting the van kinda the way I want it one project at a time. Look forward to meeting you and some of the other San Diego Vanners. We should try and do somthing as a group for the Big 3 parts exchange in Febuary.

I took the springs to a spring shop and had them de-arched and shortened. Cost about 500.00 bucks but was easier then flipping the axles and fabbing new mounts. I'll be air bagging this thing soon.
