I got the collectors down to the muffler hoping less heat and sound between the seats!

Well we are successful!
The heat and sound made a petty big difference! You still get engine heat but side heat is a lot less and the sound too make's it more enjoyable to talk with out having to yell over the sound of the header's!!!! we'll worth the time if you have header's and you feel the heat next to the seats!!!

Good result. I changed from Hooker Super Competition to Patriot Hugger style headers a few weeks ago to cut down noise & heat.
They work a lot better.
