transmission swap 3speed to c4

Vic aka (Old Skool) should be chiming in here. He will probably have every thing you will need. Trans, linkage, cross member and knowledge to help you get it done. He can even take your 3 speed column and swap it over to the auto for you. He is busy so he may not see this right away so you may want to search the forum and when you find a post from him, send him a PM. He's a good guy to deal with.

Im new to your group so excuse me in advance if i do not follow proper procedure. i have a 1967 5 window truck with a 3 on the tree behind a 170. i want to convert it to a automatic but im having trouble finding one. i dont really care about numbers matching stuff i just want it to be functional and reliable. can you guys get me going down the right path. thank you in advance for helping the new guy.
