200-4R Transmission swap Empty 200-4R Transmission swap

I am getting ready to put a 200-4R Transmission in my van 68 G10 with a 1977 305. I am using the Lokar 16” 2004R Cable Operated Shifter Part No. COS6200RBM you used, but need to know what length cable to get 8’ or 10’? The other thing I need to know is you change the speedo cable or just change the gear in the 200-4R Transmission? I have a powerglide in it right know with a 3.34 rear end.
    I am also using:
Painless Wiring 60110 - Painless Performance 200-4R Transmission Lock-Up Kit
Summit Racing SUM-700203 - Summit Racing® Throttle Valve Correctors
    Lokar CIND-1727 DASH INDICATOR
Lokar 70-FMB - Lokar Shifter Boot Set
Edelbrock 8036 - Edelbrock Throttle Cable Brackets
Speedway 8" Drop Tubular Transmission Mount
TCI Severe Duty Transmission Cross member Mount Kits 952500
I am reusing the stock TV cable and Torque Convertor
    Any info would be great.
    Thanks
    Dennis
