I was doing some looking around on Advance Auto Parts' website. Looks like at least the 1st Gen. Chevy's use the same front brake hose as the A-100's. Raybestos BH35018 or Dorman H35018

So far I am putting in front discs and as advised I will replace all the 41 year old solid lines. My flex lines to the front are so old I want to replace them too. As I recall, Don, you had images a while back with the lines and Napa part numbers for the 1st gens. would those parts be the same as the ones Scott posts above for the 68?
Down the line I will get the rear discs for the Chevell which I think (I hope) will bolt on my 67 G10.
Thanks again.

I hate to keep posting updated images, but I can't update the first or second post.
The layout is what I measured as I pulled the lines off my van. The NAPA part numbers are just a guideline to help pick replacement parts.
Here's another updated layout with a few minor changes, thread counts, and a couple of extra NAPA Part Numbers.

The thread sizes are the most important thing and the hardest part. They make everything different sizes so the lines on the master cylinder, pressure switch warning light junction block or combination valve can only go on 1 way. And that makes it harder to replace the lines because they just stock the common sizes. I know I got a lot of adapters on my van to make that dual line master cylinder and a combination valve with disks from a 3rd Gen, replace my single line drum brake system. That picture is for replacing the single line with a dual line and not using a pressure switch warning light block. I used two 60" to go from the rear brake hose forward, LR was 51" RR was 20", RF was 60" LF was 40" Then those adapter lines with 2 different thread sizes on them to connect the junction block to the master cylinder.....

This morning I found the elusive Rear Hose Tee connector. The tee is 7/16-20 on one side, and 3/8-24 on the other 2 sides.
I found it in a catalog for www.inlinetube.com. They have it listed as part number GMTEE01 for a price of $12.00. I could never find this part on their website, but their 'Production Vehicle' catalog listed it. Personally I’m going to try and use my old one, if it leaks I’ll order this one.
Inline Tube doesn’t actually list parts for the G10, but a lot of parts carry over. Their catalog is really nice, pictures of each part you can order, and it’s FREE. Some of their stuff is a little pricy though. They also sell gas tanks and gas tank sending units. I don’t know that any of them match our Chevy’s, but it would sure be nice.
