    Hi,
I had to remove the front portion of my dog house today along with the tar and gunk on the bottom floor. Any suggestions what to use to reseal it?
    Thanks

+1 for butyl tape. It is awesome stuff and has a thousand uses.... Great for anywhere that 2 panels meet and might squeak or rattle or leak.

[i]Auto parts (napa) carries a type on tape(roll) sealant that is used for sealing air conditioning areas that go thru firewalls-old style type stuff. never really hardens and is a great sealer for the DH.

    Hey guys,
Has anyone found a seal that works well in the lid of the dog house? I'm working to replace and completely seal up my doghouse and notice my lid seal is pretty chewed apart.

I got a 10 foot roll of 3/4" wide X 5/16" thick adhesive backed weatherstrip for that. -works fine. Bought in weatherstrip section at AutoZone. Can by online: www.metrommp.com -pick "universal parts" then "adhesive backed weatherstripping" then scrol? down to part# MW-51634
