I am going to lay down a sheet of plywood in my Dodge A1oo van, should I cut the sheet down the middle from front to back or across the middle from side to side?

Re: Redoing floor in my A100 van
I felt like the best way was leaving the 2 Peices to join along the the center of the van and trimming the outsides to fit. So basically the peices go up through the van.
Also will these be your main flooring? Or are you putting carpet or wood on top? Thickness would probably have more of a play than direction.
I'm in Ventura and can look to see if I still have my templates you could use.
Is your van a 100 or 108, if 108 worth the search to find a 10' long piece.
My 2 cents. Cheers,
Toby

Also, this way if you put something on the walls after,it can hold the floor in place and you won't have to put screws through your floor. If you do use screws, be careful not to screw into the gas tank or anything else that might be in harms way.

I have already cut my flooring so that the joint is down the middle front to back, I just wanted to know if there was a better way. I have an A100 Custom Sportsman.

Cool! I think you did it the best way, unless you found some special giant single piece of plywood that would fit in. Good one.
