I dont know of a source for a new one but I have one from a 68 I cold make a pattern from if all else fails.

I went to Home Depot they sell rubber matting by the roll but can't remember the width but measured the length I needed. I took old mat out and used it as a pattern and it worked pretty good.

Like others I'm sure....I searched all the documented sources for the A100 pre-cut rubber mats. No luck.
