How do they get 3 rows in the same thickness core as the 2 row if they use the same size tubes?

Samsvan have you gotten one of these?  I tried looking it up on the Champion website and they didn't show the 3 row version only the 2 row EC.

I checked both numbers on the raceway site and it list the 2 and 3 row as both having a 2" thick core???? Description on both are identical except number of rows and hp rating.

I've put the Champion EC6066's in a couple of the vans I've sold but for mine with the V-8, I called Champion and asked if they had something with the same dimensions but better cooling and this is it. The CC6066 is a three core that says it will cool up to 450 HP. The EC is a two core.
