ROAD TRIP 2015

Big rains in Oklahoma,,,,,,so made it to Arkansas,,,,,,,,400 miles to WideLoads,,,,,

there was nothing smooth yesterday,,,the rains were unbearable around Oklahoma City yesterday,,,,,I just about wrecked my motorhome on those concrete barricades on the freeway from all the road constructions,,,,,that rained HAMMERED me for 10 hours straight,,,,,,so today I left Shawnee, Oklahoma, drove through Arkansas, past their most famous landmark, turned left at Graceland, went up through Missouri, crossed the Mississippi River into Illinois, survived the trip over the Worlds most scariest bridge over the Ohio river down into Kentucky, and am now sitting in my motorhome in WideLoads yard, hooked up to his wi fi and kicking back after 4 days of sitting down and driving,,,,,

I fit OK,,,,,however, it gets a whole lot tighter when all those 18 wheelers are flying by you or trying to run over you ,,,,,,,,

Been watching/hearing about all the tornadoes and have been thinking of you along your yearly trek and hoping you are safe!

day 5 in Chicago,,,,,the rain stops and I finally see the sun,,,,,,,buts its cold,,,,,,this store just about says it all,,,,,,,,and lets see if they need any mechanical work on their cars,,,,,,well,,,here is one that has a slight exhaust leak,,,,,,,I think its going to get a bandage,,,,,,

That looks like it'll do the trick...for now! I hope it warms up for you but at least you get to go back to that California sunshine you've grown so fond of!!! Hope you're still having some fun on your trip!

they use these grain elevators to dump the bodies on the TV show Chicago PD,,,,,,,,its in my neighborhood,,,,,,,
