Old Skool and D&D are two seperate companies in different states. Both offer disc brake conversions for our Classic Econolines. Old Skool also has lots of used Econoline parts.

On these old vans, the brake hydraulic system is open and sucks water from the air into the fluid. You need to flush out and replace the brake fluid every year. If not the brakes get spongy.
