(3) Raise rear suspension
(4) Change wheels
(5) Add Cal. black plates
(6) Remove bowtie
(7) Change and relocate chevy van emblem
(7+1) Paint bumpers black
(9) Paint headlight bezels
(10) Add windows on both sides
(11) Add sunroof
(12) Remove side pipes
(13) Narrow grill and fill in lower slot

The '66 most likely had or still has, the "build sheet" on the passenger rear quarter above the spare tire.
