3rd Gen Chevy

I'm looking for a van I can set up to tow with. Preferably a CA smog exempt 1970-1974 short wheel base panel. I want a clean body, I don't care about the interior, or if it has a motor and transmission.

I don't want to pay for shipping and I am located in the SF Bay Area. I will travel in a 500 mile radius if it's worth it.

1971 Chevy Shorty, 305 v8 runs strong. Original blue/gold CA plates. We intended to restore its gutted interior to the original camper van glory (still registered at reduced fee as a MH) but alas... we are noobs, and just never got around to doing anything with it. Ready to roll for what its worth... reasonable offer?

Already set up to tow, has ball hitch & lower geared rear end + plug in for trailer lights. We never needed to tow anything, just strapped a kayak to the rack on top once or twice. Worth mention is a startling Ooooga! horn on board (strikes fear into the hearts of man and beast). Includes vintage Chilton Manual. More pics and info available upon request. Located near Chico CA

Did the pdf help you or do you still want drip rail dimension?

It was not accurate for the roof but I estimated it to be about 60" wide and 150" long. I don't need exact measurements for a quote.
