Instruction scans!
I found the instructions for these rare 4-way flashers! Someone posted scans on this Corvair site. They show where to mount it on all the different Chevrolet vehicles.

If you get the one for the 64-66 vans, (67-70 already has them built into the turn signal switch), you just unhook the 2 connectors on the turn signal switch and plug this one into them,,,and then hook up the other wire to 12 volts,,,,,
