    Thats close but heres the real story. Its not a heavy duty from what the decode says.
    E10= Econoline pickup
    T= 170 six
    H= Lorain, Ohio assembly plant
    677786=April, '65 build date ('65 year)
    090= wheelbase
    E102= 4930 GVW pickup
    2= standard cab in blue patterned vinyl
    87= pickup body code
    A=3 speed manual
    19=4.57:1 ratio, 3050 lb capacity, 9" rear
    4930= E102 pickup
    85= certified net horsepower
    3800= RPMs
    71=Los Angeles District Sales Office
    2200= vehicle specifically ordered with special factory
    installed options (probably the color on this).
