    Chris,
That's a major score all right. Been wondering what to do about mine. Their in almost perfect condition for first Gen's except for someone stored tires on them for a few years. Their a cream color with tire tracks now that a dark brown. Might just dye them dark brown or send them to the shop to get them stuffed and recovered. Comfort might be nice for that long drive from Atlanta all the way up to the U.P. (Marquette). Man that hurts just thinking about it.....lol scratch

Definetly the "Cats Ass " on the seats Chris. Very, very sharp indeed.

I know automotive paint store will have burgandy vinyl dye, but can't say if I have ever seen a bright red like on the seats. It would be the first place I would try, if you don't see it on the shelf, ask the guy to let you see the catalog that they prder the vinyl dye from.

If I were doing the armrests, and assuming I could find the red I was looking for to match the red already on the seats, I think I would look for a grey vinyl primer. I would be willing to bet that they would recomend priming the parts first anyway, better adhesion for the vinyl paint. So 1 can of red vinyl paint and 1 can of light grey vinyl primer and you'ld be set.

That interior is going to turn some heads Chris, yea it's stock, but Bad Ass ! We never talked much about what you were going to do as far as the interior, but it appears your on the right trach for sure. Gonna look very Sweet !!

Look out Bill, another first gen is in town !!

While I'm waiting to get the van back from Hot Rod shop prison I have been working on some detail items. Got a used set of sunvisors from Macsdoghouse @ VCVC and thought of a cool idea for them. Not finished but you'll get the idea what I'm doing.

[b][i]Well I got the 64 back from the Hot Rod shop (sort of) everything is welded in, but before they mount the bags, tank and air lines I got it back to clean up and paint the undercarriage. First thing we did was pull the 6 out. (yes savage that was the easiest job so far) This last week my buddy Don and I have been scapeing 40+ years of gunk off before sandblasting
