Got a silly question this time - How do you remove the stock Econoline horn button from the middle of the stock steering wheel on a 65 Econoline with a manual-shift column? I've noticed some sort of index mark at the 6 o'clock position near the edge of the button, and I've tried rotating the button, but I stopped short of prying it off for fear of ruining it (it's in primo condition). My original factory manual is no help - anybody have the answer? Thanks!!!
