'69 250 oil bath breather Empty '69 250 oil bath breather

Alright G guys, I have a '69 with oil bath breather that the lid is cracked at the mounting flange. I found a paper filter breather assembly online that has a top that looks identical to the oil bath top, except for the hole distance. I'm not familiar with the paper filter style breathers, does the long oval lid section separate from the element housing like the ones on the oil bath housings do? He says it's one piece, it doesn't separate. I'm guessing it's spot welded together. He doesn't have the mounting pad that bolts to the block. Anyone in here have parts they can spare. I'd much rather put the oil bath back on it.
Pic of mine, then pic of paper element housing. Thanks

Ahh, the '65 G10s had Rochester carbs. I did not know that. This is my first vintage van, I see a few differences between the G and C platforms. Thanks for posting that donivan65.
Any idea where to look for a lid like I need?

Ahh, I knew the inlet was throwing a flag at me on the Carter carb. Thanks for the info.

Let me refresh this air filter inquiry. I have this info in the original post. My van came with the oil bath breather, I want to put the oil bath breather back on my van except for the fact that the original lid is cracked to death where it mounts to the fresh air spacer. I am in search of a lid for the oil bath breather.

This is pictures of a paper element breather that I found in my search. At first, I was hoping that the lid would work on my oil bath breather, but it is not the same. The hole spacing is different, even if I did get it apart where it is spot welded together. That was my question here; is this top section spot welded to the air filter housing?
I may buy it anyway and use it till I get around to either finding a lid, or repairing the one that came on mine.

I looked at another one,,,,,seems like they spot welded the middle section on top of the bottom section,,,,,,then,,,,,,crimped,,,, the top cover on,,,,,looks like if you separate the 2 parts there aint no way to reattach it,,,,you cant get to it from inside the bottom,,,,how about rivet or weld a flat washer or piece of metal to repair cracks,,,,,,Savage here knows about metal repair,,,,,,,
