    Helping a friend do this, what all is needed to install a 300 in place of a 200? Thanks

    A lot. From a practical perspective the van really needs to be a 65-67 to make it "easier". You'll need the 65-67 240 crossmember and transmission for the main parts. If you add a custom crossmember you could use a different tranny. Likely some differences in throttle linkage and so on. The van should have a 9" rear end if it doesn't already.

    If it was a 240 van it would be a direct swap.
