That right doni! the front is a cartridge that's 1-5/8 OD the shackles are 1-1/8 just rubber with a collar for the connecting plate's to pivot on! I called the places on your 2013 post no longer exist! There in a national spring in milwaukee but they would need the dimensions to make rubber one's ! Energy suspension can make Urethane given the dimensions! I was just hope that some one has had them made!?

    The shackles are HB 930......1.10
The 3 front small bushings are 1.14
The big RF is 1.64  and say 2061 0n them.
Unless you find the metal cartridges for the fronts,
these need a metal sleeve that matches your bolt.

Shackles dont use cartridges just 4 half rubber bushings,,,,,and after over 50 years, you dont know what has been done to a vehicle,,,,,so you dont know what you got till you tear it apart,,,,,,you might have corvan, pick up or nova parts,,,,,Lets see some pictures of what you got,,,,,If you got those big metal cartridges in the springs, I wouldnt be pressing them out until I found some kind of replacement or you wont be driving that van,,,,there is always a chance that the van was ordered with heavy duty suspension too and tougher springs,,,,,if you just want to take a peak at the front bushing on the rear springs, you can put a jack between the spring and frame and remove the bolt and jack the spring down enough to see the bushing,,,,you could probably change the bushings without removing it from the rear end if  they are bad.

FYI for the front springs; forward eye, chevy use three different combinations of bushings.  Therefore measure both sides before ordering.

    1st combination - Both sides uses std bushings 1-1/8 OD (p/n 3834082).
2nd combination - LH side uses std bushing & RH uses HD bushing 1.625 OD.
3rd combination - Both sides uses HD bushings (p/n 3884082).

just an up date! The shackle energy bushings #4.2126 use a 9/16th bolt not 1/2 inch witch is no big deal drill the shackles a1/16" bigger hole and i found an for the front leaf's in stead of the energy 9.488G witch has a 5/8 bolt prothane #19-610 only needs 1/4" cut off and turn down form 1"-3/4 to the 1.61" and has a sleeve for a 9/16th bolt

Our vans use a 9/16" carriage  bolt and these HB 930 are a direct fit.

I would easily speculate a prior owner replaced the grommets and bolts for a working repair solution for them.  As stated prior the bolts are Ø9/16".  (P/N 3848685 per the parts book 3-5/8" long).

The metal cartridges are only in the forward side of the springs, the rear ends of the springs have the shackles and only have 4 rubber bushings just slide into the frame and spring eye and the 2 carriage bolts hold the shackle together but you dont know what you got until you take it apart.

So i guess you dont have the stock shackles with the big square hole for the carriage bolts,,,,actually those carriage bolts are 7/16" with a 9/16" sleeve built  on them.
You got to have some kind of sleeve to protect the bushings from being worn away and spring rubbing the mounts.
