Re: 1 piece door glass
You mean to replace the two-piece windshield with a one-piece?
Why? That's some very special glas you'd need....

Not the windshield glass, the door glass. I’d like to get rid of the vent glass.

Re: 1 piece door glass
Maybe you can adapt a power window kit and get a piece of glass made to fit,,,,,you might need to adapt the front channel to match the new glass,,,,,,maybe you can still use the old regulator ,,,,,if no one has a pattern of the 1 piece glass, you can remove the vent assembly and make a cardboard pattern and see what a glass shop says, but you still need some kind of front channel for the new glass.

Re: 1 piece door glass
So what if someone wanted to put a 1 piece windshield in, is there much of a curve or how much work to adapt a flat piece of glass to fit?

I guess it'd need a quite sharp edge of like 5-8 degrees right in the middle. Not easy, if at all possible.
Considering the necessary effort, I'd drop that thought within a splitsecond.
