I ordered spring bushings from NAPA in Canada. They are 1 5/8" outer with a 9/16" bolt from Harris Rubber Products. Both my front bushing are 1 5/8" so I drilled the hole to 9/16" on the frame to make them work. no difference other than that. 1/16" will not change the strength of the mount. Why fight to try & find a 1/2" bolt bushing? 2 bushings were $27.64C plus 5% tax. The part # on my invoice is, RB93
They also have the rear bushing stock rubber type. These were $56.16C plus 5% tax for 8 bushings. Part # HB533
Much easier to find here as there is limited sources for Energy Suspension or other parts places. Maybe at a later date when I'm back in the US I can find ES bushings easier.
When I get to the rear diff I'll post these as well.
