So I know the vender that normally carried all the bushings for our vans closed it doors. But Donnivan found a new place, but I did recently find this bushing for the passenger front spring if you have the larger bushing. I got it from Energy Suspension, but you have to call them, they don't have it on their website. # is a 2061

it is a little long, normal trimming required but it fits awesome.

,,,,,here is the rest of the story,,,,,,,,,the 1 1/8" bushings, 2056, are Energy Suspension part # 4.2126,,,$18 for 4 bushings and 2 sleeves,,,,,,,did they give you a part # for the 1 5/8", 2061 bushings,,,,,,how much did it cost,,,,,,,did they have to split up a box if they sent you 2 bushings and a sleeve?

,,,you must of cut the sleeve to fit,,,,,,is it the right size to keep the bushings from being too tight or loose?

Squirt some WD 40 carefully on all the suspected areas,,,,see if you can isolate the squeak,,,,,is it the shocks,,,rear shackle,,,,missing nylon insert pads between the spring leafs,,,,,bushing or sleeve cut too long,,,,is it a squeak because its metal to metal,,,,,,something is moving and rubbing,,,,,you can put a jack on the spring and lift the van off the spring to get the bushing out to work on it,,,,,,

Hi Donivan - i will give that a go, when i changed them last year they were goog and snug, new shocks, come to think of it the squeak has only started the last 1/2 dozen times i have been out.doesnt sound like metal to metal squeek. i will do your jack idea and hopefully the wd 40 will do the trick.
    thanx

Shoot the WD on 1 place at a time,,,,,like one side of a bushing,,,or any of those other places,,,you just want to find the place where it squeaks,,,,then you can figure out what is wrong,,,,,,could be anything,,,,,if you cut the sleeve too long,,,,the bolt tightens the sleeve, but the spring and bushings are free to move,,,,it needs to squashed a little,,,,,but,,,,,,could be anything,,,,,,,
