You should do a Search using the Search tab at the top of the page(lots of threads on this subject). You can search on "disk" and see if you can find a thread by M1Daddio, he has the brackets made and does batches every so often when he gets enough orders for them. You can Private Message him by clicking on the down arrow to the right of his username and choose Private Message. Hope this helps!

I did this conversion, not for the faint of heart.
There isn't a simple punch list of buy this stuff and bolt it together, you will have options to figure out. But like Vanny said, use the search button at the top, these guys on here have a really good handle on it.
