Anyone got a picture that might explain how the cross member is installed?I can more than likely figure it out when I get the engine back but would like to have it installed when I put the engine back in.

Perches are pitched forwards....IIRC

the pads are also offset to the right side.

The engine will not mount onto the crossmember if you install it backwards.....The correct way is with the engine pads offset to the right with the pads raked rearward and angled down slightly.
