I dig those early Falcon sedans, you know the 1960 models with the sad looking front ends. That was the America of fedoras, skinny ties and narrow lapels.

When I'm not driving my early, I'm in my POS 94 civic. I don't think it warrants a picture on here though.
I do have a couple other projects: 67 GTO and a 68 Camaro

'87 560sl. My wife's money pit...old lady's car but great style and a V-8 that cruises at 110+ without breaking a sweat...Not a great low speed car but awesome at hwy speeds with loads of torque.
Actually a beautiful car and the most affordable of the ever increasing MB vintage convertibles and last of the 107 chassis. Purchased several years ago sitting in someone's garage, hadn't been run in over a year and barely driven the few years prior. Original paint, around 120,000 miles.

Matt, I don't know if you mean was it $$$ to get it running or cost of actual starter?
It was a process since it had not been driven. One longtime import mechanic said this car had the most complicated fuel system of any he had worked on over the years (normal production cars.)
Had a time getting it running properly. Kept coming back to me, running rich under load over bridges, blowing white smoke and barely running. Finally relined tank and that seemed to do the trick since trash must have been getting in. Still has/had minor running issues, but it's expected until I replace every resistor, etc on a 27 year old car.
Parts are not bad if you get them on eBay. Indy shop that USED to do my work charged me $700 for an easy fix fuel accumulator that I could have purchased online for less than 1/3 of the cost. Wouldn't reduce my bill and I didn't go back again after...
