    Neon,
I'd be figuring out which wheel it is and pulling it apart. Sounds like you have something loose in one of your wheel assy's....

Just seems to be something loose since when you apply the brake it stops. Tells me the braking is immobilizing something loose as if the brake drum was wobbling and rubbing. Which is rather scary if you think about it. affraid

Just a thought. Let us know what you find.

It is probaly bad brake shoes or bad wheel bearings if it is bad shoes you will hear grinding. If no grinding it's probaly bad bearings.

Probaly bad wheel bearings not weather related if it's wabbling & rubbing.

See if the brake shoes have rubbed a groove into the backing plates

    O.k... Here's the deal .
    I'm an idiot !!!!
The wheels that came with my van have an off set, and I need 0 off
Set. So I had a flat fixed last week and the lug nut did not get fastened
All the way. Do to the off set you need to crank the lugs all the way.
    Disaster avoided!
    Hahaha....
    Thanks guys
