Re: 1966 A100 8in Chop
Ive done a couple one piece window conversions on different applications but they all were the same principle. If you can find directions for a chevy pickup one piece conversion that should give you an idea what you need to do. If your trying to do electric, The company to check out is Nu-Relic for the type of regulators I would use because i could see those being used in many applications. You can trace out the glass template from cardboard or poster board and have your local glass shop cut it and use their regulator. You might could also modify the stock manual regulators and just fab up an additional guide channel for the forward glass edge to ride in.

Thanks guys
After the rhino/bed-liner came off, we could see how bad the roof really was.
Tons of little rust holes and two big patches that need lots of attention.

Re: 1966 A100 8in Chop
Will the windows still operate as roll-up/down as a single piece glass? or will the wing become static and the main roller window remains the same?

Re: 1966 A100 8in Chop
The glass will be single piece glass eliminating the wing window completely.suicideking wrote:Will the windows still operate as roll-up/down as a single piece glass? or will the wing become static and the main roller window remains the same?

Re: 1966 A100 8in Chop
Removal of some of the internal door bracing. This was necessary for the longer one piecee glass.
Also stretching/modifying an old rice car spoiler wing. Couldn't find anything wide enough.
