The Good Morning Thread

Just spent 2 days at the Kellog Center in Lansing (MSU) for a work related conference. Can't wait to get back to the shop today, see how my brother is coming on his truck and pick up where I left off Tuesday on the van, we got a little warm up going , up near 40 anyway, Heat Wave !

morning all.......closing up the motorhome and heading to Phoenix for a long weekend with a small family get together from 3 states.

my weekend on at work, like digz, pot of coffee and smokes. getting ready for work. i did a little more roof stripping last nite.

Ive been up since 4 am suposed to be a heat wave today, temps above 40! soon Ill be outside playing. Think Ill change that starter in the sportsman (has a dead spot). And get measurements to start making the interior!

Going to try finding some orange paint today for the dash and jambs. My son-in-law Randy is in the mood to spray something ,,,

First day in 3 that I'm not plowing for 15 hours......now I have to clear my driveway.

Must be something about these bread boxes and plow trucks. At least you have snow to plow, the winter here has sucked !!! We have been out picking up tires off the shoulders and patching holes.

Going to try loading some sleet sand for the local road commission this morning, find out how much frost is in the pile. Ive been doing some small stuff on the van, side mirrors ,checking some wiring, think I found my annoying tranny leak at the TV cable. Glass guy says windshield tomorrow. We'll see,,,,

well went to work this morning changed a dumptruck tire had a coffey i love to bring the van here and do some work on it the hoist is freed up but with my luck as soon as i do it will start to snow lol -its slow here with no snow+no repairs to do

Rainin and cold here......maybe it will melt the snow off and I can get the van out!

missed theeast coast snow storm, not one flake. cold though.

Same here cold , was 5 here this mornin when I kicked the dog out for a bit.
The sun is getting higher,, tricks ya into thinkin its warmer out than it is.

Two words this morning:

"NEED COFFEE!"

well the jinks works as soon as i think about working on the van - the weather network calls for 2'' on wednesday +its -13 this morning oh well

While I'm slow business wise, the wife having me paint in the house. Today a bedroom all next week doors.

Got 1-2 inches of slush............then it froze overnight. Just peakin above freezing now, maybe it will melt this crap off.

Another chilly wet day down here. But watching the news I'm thankful we're not up north!!! Brrrrrr......

back to work today, snow on the wayyyyyyyyyyyyy.

Set up for graveyard crew tomorrow, its snowing now.....goin to bed now.

We got some snow here again finally, about 6 inches. no big deal really cept out in the open it was mostly sideways so some schools are closed. I always look to see who is on line here this early in the morning,,to the usuall suspects, Good morning! Still prepping for paint today, that should be in at the auto store also today.
