Well, Back from the VA and I lucked out. More Physical Therapy and no needles or knives! (For now).....
I don't find it very comforting when they say "Don't worry, we have parts your size"

Re: The Good Morning Thread
Thanks guys..
Spend my whole military career doing "A LOT" of running and very little fishing. Since retiring I've flipped the two. I used to run three times a week no less than 6 miles each day and never had time to fish. Now I fish three times a week and traded the running for 6oz. curl's
Might have to start working out a bit more. Doc's says building up the muscles around the joints will help compensate for the damage to the joints. And guessing fishing doesn't count, otherwise I would be in great shape!!

Re: The Good Morning Thread
The glacier in my driveway is finally gone !!! I hope to bring my van home from the pit today. Give it a little shakedown cruise to see if I messed anything up by moving things around over the winter.

Re: The Good Morning Thread
I have to admit I haven't been up to anything this past weekend except hibernating ! After the unusual warm stretch and being able to get the van on the road for a couple short errand trips early last week. (The ice in my driveway had finally melted enough), The blast we got Friday and 0 degree temps really didn't do my "Think Spring" attitude any good. So I spend some time on the pC checking parts, prices and plans out when it turns like this. Looking at the weather maps on the TV it would appear that many of us are in the same boat right now. What has kept everyone else in this situation occupied?

Have to kill off a couple more cups of coffee then off to the auto parts store to see about some bearings and a bunch of U joints. Looks like its going to be a nice wet slushy dismal day ! But warmer than normal Yay
