No Problem. Dual master cylinders were mandated in 1967. Our VIN numbers are almost identical... few days apart on the assembly line!

If you can zoom in on the photo, some of the labels are still intact so that you can figure your tag out better.

I beleive the 39 is the rear gears 3.91 the 2500 is the rear axle rating meaning 11 inch brakes opposed to 2200 and 10 inch brakes.

A727 is automatic trans. 225 is a engine size 225 slant 6 clynders not sure what 30 is for.

My '67 pickup had a single reservoir.

ok here is my 2 cents worth

a= a series
1= model
a= 6 cyl or under 6k
2= tradesman van
s= warren plant
87207= seq number for 1969 st louis plant

soooo, these numbers are out of sequence, and shows being built
at 2 different plants. no door marker lights indicate 69, dash is 68,69 or 70.
i'd say its a 69 and go with that.
let's say it was one of the last ones built in st louis and someone
tried to use 70 vin id and did a poor job.
