I need to replace the rubber gasoline filler hose, on my 1967 A100 Sportsman. Has anyone found a replacement radiator hose that works just as well as the original replacement hose? hose?

Any auto parts store should be able to order it for ya, especially since you have the part number now.

Re: Rubber gasoline filler hose...
Picked up a fuel filler hose at NAPA #1038, a bit pricey at $34 with tax but it beats the soggy dripping radiator type hose that was on the van. Attached a few pictures of what happens to a non fuel hose exposed to today's gasoline. All those little flakes of rubber is what is left of the inner tube lining of the hose, these are now in the bottom of the tank and more than likely the fuel filter.

Re: Rubber gasoline filler hose...
^^^ Youre right, but it takes a long time to get that way. I dont have a "real" gas tank right now, so Ive been using my temp tank (boat tank) and the filler is a piece of rad hose. Been on there for several years now, used when building several cars.
It'll work for a "now" fix but its still not a good idea. Definitely get you out of a jam tho.
