yes. it was a ford owner that gave me idea to put them on my chevy.
they are both rear bumpers, the one on my rear will fit, the front needed trimmed. rear is from '69 camaro and are about $100.00 for new. it will look good on front too.

Yes it does ... Peter in PDX on another forum has one installed on his econo ... very, very nice ... it hugs the contours of the econoline ... have photo somewhere here ... great guy too
