look at the Vin # plate on the rear of the drivers door post. A SportVan says something like G126XP,,,,,the X is the year,,,,,,,,The rear windows have dates written on them too,,,,,,,

Chebby sent me that picture, So it's a 1st Gen,,(1964-66) they did not make them in 1964,,,,,,If the CHEVY VAN emblem is on the front doors, its a 1966,,,,,,if it is behind the front doors, it's a 1965. 1967 to 70 had a different type of body. So what do you need?

Looks like a Delux. Got chrome side trim.,hedlight rings & bumpers. Probably got chrome taillight rings & bumper too. Don my 66 Sportvan Custom got the emblem on the side just like the 65?? Only it had backup lights ,and said it was a 66(station wagon) on title.

You are probably right that Back up lights is a better bet that it is a 66........
