Finnaly got the van to run pretty good. We de-tuned it a bit by pulling back the timing and richening the mixture tables to get it to run a little cooler but it still performs ok. I can't do drifting anymore but It still does about a 150 foot burn out both tires.

Ya Babby! Finally brave enough to start running it, I was rattled with adreneline for about 1/2 hour after. I need practice with the line lock, I'm not too smooth with that yet. I did a few more good burn outs there last night but had to beat it cuz my VFH radio "on ground frequency" told me that airport security was on thier way over.

    heheeh

i set up the line lock to shut off the flow of brake fluid to the
rear brakes, that way all you have to do is let off the brake
pedal to roll out of the smoke. just flip the switch, step on the
brakes and start churning up the tires, love that smell, just
not the cost of the tires lol.

Thats a great idea panelmanrd! I will do some thinking on how to. I may have to get a different lock valve. Mine is one that locks the line by applying brakes then hit the switch but turning the switch off will not release the locked line, you have to also pound on the pedal to cause equalization of pressure to both sides of the valve for it to release because the pressure will also hold it locked. Is that the way your valve works too?

    Thanks
