    Good News ITS ALIVE!!!!

Drove it in the first time in 4 yrs, not exhaust yet so I didn't go far. Will get exhaust after I get back from seeing my son in CA. To get it running temp hook ups with the old wiring and wired the air bags so I can tow it to the exhaust shop.

With a custom set up comes alot of headacnes trying to figure where to put everything and to make this work you have to move something else. still having issues with the shifter, but going to try something different later.

With the removable doghouse had to come up with seat mounts that were not hooked to the doghouse, but off quickly also. Here's what I came up with

    New rear end cover
    Project "G" - Page 23 00618

in all the years I have had my 69 van I have never used the heater of defrosters so I removed it on the 64 and made a plate to cover the hole.
    Project "G" - Page 23 00816

heres that handle on the van, it still needs a ton of sanding and polishing

Looks like you cut off a section of a squat rack or bench press upright. Won't that thing rattle and rock back and forth a little bit?

Looking good G-Man. Great idea on the seat bracket, was thinkin the same thing seeing as I lost half the inner seat bracket when I widened the bottom of the dog house. Liken that back door handle, that is kool.

Roman they are from Air Ride Tech

Thanks guys, thought what good is a removable doghouse if it take 45 mins to get out the seats. Like many of you this project happens only a little at a time. After the exhaust it's back to Body shop prison
