Falcon floor/dog house Empty Falcon floor/dog house

Ok guys I,m new to this van life. Got a 67 Falcon here. Been building hot rods for years but always wanted to do a van. Was wondering if any one has actually cut a bigger hole in the floor to fit a bigger engine and made a new dog house?Falcon floor/dog house 20220110

Yes, a lot of people have. I haven't. If you look around on this site, you will find several. I was going to suggest you use the search button but my google fu is failing me. I can't think of a good search word. OBTW, welcome to VV!

Often cut out the floor and box out the sides of the doghouse under the seats. Keep the top lip of the doghouse and the lid.

Your seats may have to mount to the new doghouse extension depending on how much you box out.

Look up Goolsby Customs. They are building a custom called "Matthews 1969 Dodge A108". Huge custom job including cutting out the floor and installing a Hemi. Lots of Pics. Have Fun!

Look up Clifford Performance and leave the 6 cylinder in the truck. You can build it up to give all the power you need for that truck and keep the front to back weight ratio in check. And won't have to chop up the floor or the box.
