I would have to say super glue. It's thinner, like water, so less gooey and it kind of welds plastic together. Just my 2 cents.

Super or JB Weld is good, you can make a little fillet to build it up on the back to reinforce it. If you can't save it, there is a member over at VCVC who reproduces these from a mold in clear resin and from what I've seen, they are pretty nice.

I use Marine Tex epoxy for EVERYTHING!.......Structural repairs, body work, etc.....The stuff can even be drilled and tapped and hold threads in severe duty!
