It’s almost finished, but I hope to have it completed by the end of spring brake. I had been looking for an old van to have as my first car, but didn’t really want a Volkswagen or an Econoline, so my dad and I went searching for a Dodge A-100. Quite by accident, we found it behind an upholstery shop in Durham. We were getting the roof of my dad’s 1989 Merkur XR4TI 3 Door re-upholstered and dad mentioned that I was looking for a Dodge A-100. The guy looked over his shoulder out a window and asked “you think he’ll like that one?” I said hell yea, so we dragged it home (much to the displeasure of our home owners association) and cleaned her up. 3 months and almost $2,000 later, she’s almost road worthy.
Introduction aside, I’ve got a question about this website. Q: If I wanted to upload and share the pictures of my restoration project, where should I do it? I have a lot of pictures in chronological order of what I’ve done so far, and plenty of before and after photos.
