does anyone know if anyone makes a roller cam for our L6's .... 230,250 or 292 ??? if not i was also wondering if you could use roller lifters on a flat tappet cam ? and last but not least .... since we have 1.75 rockers ... can we swap out 1.85 rocker from big blocks since the have the same stud size ?

The valvetrain is essentially the same as a small block chevy, I would not be surprised if they use the same part numbers for much of it such as rockers, valves, valvesrpings, etc... so I think you could run larger ratio rockers, provided you check all the clearances, such as valvespring bind/stack height, valve opening, pushrod-to-slot interference, etc. Normal hotrod engine blueprinting techniques. You may require longer pushrods, and trick roller rockers might require a taller aftermarket valve cover.
