    Econoline - 1961-1968 1st?
    Chevy/GMC -

In our Vintage Van World, if it has a hood, it ain't no good,,,,,,we like the Earlys, the 1st ones,,,,the originals,,,,Ford did it 1st,,,,1961 until 1967,,,,,Dodges are 1964-70,,,,Chevy/GMC are also 1964 to 70,,,,,these are the 1st Generation Vans,,,,,,HOWEVER,,,,,Chevy changed theirs a little in 1967-70, so we call them 2nd Gens,,,,,

When they put hoods on the vans, that moved the engine up front to behind the bumper and made room for Power Steering and Brakes and A/C,,,,,,and better cooling systems, more room inside, as well as less heat and noise......we surely have to rough it in our vans,,,,,,
