i dont know about the van guys but most people that have an fmx tranny get rid of them.

Had one in my '78 T-Bird, had no problems with it, yanked it out along w/the engine when I junked the car at 250XXX miles. It is attached to a 400, which I do believe is the big block bell pattern. I think you can change bell on these from big block to small block.
