Hey all put a new carb on my inline six and I don't have the linkage from linkage on manifold to carb. Need a pic so I can make the linkage to connect the two. Thanks in advance.

Rocester Carb

I am assuming you have a '64 1st Gen from your photo & past posting. '64 came with a Carter. The Rochester car had matching G-10 carb linkage. Can you share a photo of your linkage? Just in case you have a truck carb. I have a sketch to make a truck carb link that will then use the G-10 throttle hook-up.
Okay, now more specific to your question, I have a photo of the '64 style intake linkage - which is slightly different from later year. Also have mounting fastener reference.
PM your email so I can pass the detail over to you.

Cater carb
So been looking around at cater yf carbs but none of them have the right accelerator linkage configuration. The manual u have does it give a full model # for the carb?

so.....are you saying on your carb, the hole for the rod is by the valve cover like the one above that I had to braze a bar on to move the hole over towards the drivers seat so the pull down rod can connect to it,,,,,,,I think those are pick up truck carbs,,,,so you got a Rochester MonoJet or a Rochester B?
,,,,,and,,,,do you have all that linkage where the bottom rod pushes back, which pushes the middle rod forward, which pulls the upper rod down to open the throttle plate,,,,,,we will get this dialed in for you.......

Just to add to the conversation. In donivan65's Post n°6 , it shows the linkage arm; unknowingly the arm is basically identical to the linkage mod I have made for other Vanner's with a truck carb. Like I stated prior I would be glad to share the simple drawing.

I came close to buying one of these a year ago for a 250 in a C10, ended up finding the exact factory 1968 carb for it instead. After a careful refurbish it runs like a top. I've read a few horror stories about these, do you have much time on one to have a longevity report? Also does the linkage match up directly to factory linkage?

Fits right on,,,,,have to wire electric choke to ignition wire,,,,,need to use old air cleaner bracket or retap stud since hole is metric,,,,,starts way faster than my Carter,,,,,,probably 10 people selling this carb,,,,,,metering rod was not snapped into arm,,,,got wedged against float,,,which blocked off main jet and pushed float down and it flooded badly,,,,drove it around yard,,,,have not had it on the road yet.
