Pitman arm for a 1965 G10 steering box

Would anyone have an old pitman arm laying around?

Or possibly a part # for a new one?

If you had a nut and washer combo to go along with it, I'd be more than happy to buy it as well.

The box has casting #569177. I believe my box came from a 65 G10.
