    has any one made a drag link/tie rod? im needing a drag link for my dodge 108. i see the ones on ebay for 600+. wundering if one made with hiem ends or regular tierod ends ect... looking for cheaper ways.this could also work for differnt makes

    My friend Tom made one for is 1st gen Chevy van.
    I guess Dodge would use something close??

    Yes, I have made two different drag links for my Chevy 108 using Moog tie-rod ends and a threaded sleeve.....
    I have posted a thread with part numbers for GM applications.....
    Dodge most likely uses different ends......
    Most American tie-rod ends use the same taper (7 degrees) but you will need to know the diameter at both ends of the hole and the thickness of the arms that the taper goes through to find a suitable tie-rod end size.....Once you have ends picked out you will need to order the correct sleeve and lock nuts....

    thanks guys for posting, i just bought a drag link. im kinda limited to fabrication (brain issue lol) im more of a replace and bolt on person. some of the mods you guy do on this website blows me away!!!! again thank you for replying to my post.
