What do you all do for door hinge pins?

I saw that some companies are selling door hinge pin kits for the pickup/Falcon/etc., but befor I pull the trigger on buying a set (or knocking a set out on the lathe) I thought I'd ask here.

Mine are pretty worn out - there's no rehabbing them, only replacement. What do you folks do to fix these?

The hinge pins on my van were more broken than worn out. Most of them came out in three pieces. Bought some stainless ones from Mac's to replace.
