The bushings have a few sources - search the web for Part number ATP JO-119
    Summit & eBay have them.

    Where do the shims go?

Thanks for the bushing I did find them on SummitRacing site. The shim is at the linkage to transmission arm. It’s just a thin washer basically. G10 shifter bushing 49b10910

JO-119 bushings are listed on ebay - prices are high though.

For the washers - try aircraft supply stores.  The hardware (nuts, bolts, washers) are made to tighter tolerances.

The washer you are looking for is a AN960-816L
    OD - 0.875
    ID - 0.515
    Thickness - 0.032

Aircraft Spruce has them - they sell individual pieces and shipping is very reasonable.

I was able to have the washers made at a machine shop at no cost my brother took care of me on that.. I did see the bushings on ebay and just refuse to pay that much for a tiny little thing..I spoke with one of the suppliers and they said those bushing were red flagged as unavailable till after the first of the year..
