Re: 1st gen chrome bumpers
Sorry to say the only Vender who would of carried 1st gen bumpers , would of been the GM dealer.
That would probably only been to maybe the 70's
You could get yours re chromed ($$$$) Or post add in the wanted section.
There are Hard to find in any shape. Good luck on your search.
Post some pics of your van. We All like Van pics(of any kind)

Re: 1st gen chrome bumpers
Others have found some alternatives to the originals as well. Hip E Van has an econoline and adapted some camaro bumpers to mount to his van. You can see what he did in this thread to see if you like the look. I believe they're very reasonably priced as well...

I bought new bumpers from the Chevrolet dealer several times in 1975 and 1976 for my 66 handi-van...... I was told at the time that there was no part numbers for any of the chrome "sportvan" trim (not certain that was true), That their own body shop would send the raw parts for chrome, if needed......
The wrap-around Camaro rear bumper looks pretty good on the back of a van if you like the wrap-around look (I don't)
I recently measured 67-68 Camaro front bumper because it's pointed in the middle like a 2nd gen van....... The wrap wings are too narrow to go around the sides of a van, but are within it's width if you just remove them....
I prefer bumpers be no wider than the body, especially in the front, where they can interfere with the doors....
67-68 c10 chrome bumpers are available from LMC and are the correct contour, but are taller and much longer, but could be made into a nice three-piece or split setup with a couple of cuts.......here's my original second gen bumper with the center cut out and ends moved inward...
