parking brake pulley wheel needed for '66 Chevy Van

I need to replace the worn/old plastic wheel for the parking brake cable, I found this on ebay.

... Or one more potential solution. You might find a similar cable pulley in a good hardware store? I know of an Ace Hardware near me that has some. I found one for my Epup there.

Try places that sell boat stuff, boats use pulleys like that too.

I used Don's idea using washers on the sides of the plastic wheel. I found some 2" washer's and drilled the centers out to fit the sides, added a washer on the sleeve. It seems to work well now.
